Hate to be negative, but i played that 'stem 1' next to Flick Of the Finger and it's pretty much the same thing. In fact i'm sure it's basically a track with the drumbeat and some of the synths from the song, so it doesn't sound like it'll let us have a new song soon :/ Hopefully i'm wrong though  I agree I think it is just a part of Flick of the finger, obv just much higher quality. Obviously noel did the same with the strings from EOTR on his website Good point. And I really, really liked the EOTR choir and strings instrumental. Same with this one. It would be amazing to get some bonus tracks with just the instrumentals. |

I'm 100% sure it's not the single.
As i put in another thread noel did the same by releasing the strings track for EOTR on his website.
They will be using it as it sounds different , shows of what the album will be like (am guessing) and not giving to much away

Wait... did they go back to being with Sony? Nice! Looks like it--the website links to Columbia Records, the Sony subsidiary. Beady Eye's not even listed under their Artists on the Columbia website yet though. Obviously Columbia just hasn't updated it yet. |

quality is the same because the're all embedding the same soundcloud link. "Melwen" is theclock, she uploaded it on friday and it's a rip from KCRW. I think no one knows shit and they are all posting from the same sources only changing a few words, like NME did with L4E ezine's report. |

I still think the track names are too similar.
I really like FOTF but just don't think it's strong enough for a single. I would go with it being an album track.
Definate confusion.
Wait for something official.
