Just as we have a thread, where we discuss what good albums are released during the year, I thought we should a thread about all the great concerts we attend in 2013.
So far I have been to three:
13/01 Sabaton with Black Majesty and Eyefear- All three bands were spot on. Joakim praising our ANZAC soldiers before Cliffs of Gallipoli made me shed a silent tear. Danny's hair is always a highlight (it's probably long enough to go around Earth 3 times). Felt at home
14/1, Sabaton/Nightwish- Walked out of Nightwish because I was going to scream through their set in pain, my feet still ached from the night before. See above for the other two reviews, again great sets (dude from Bel'akor and the female vocals got me to listen again.)
15/03, Opeth/Katatonia- Two bands, one word, wow. Katatonia literally owned the crowd for their set, Opeth were precise and Mike did mini comedy stints for no extra charge. I never knew (until that day) that where I was standing was a great spot

I'm jealous of you all...there is nothing to see in Okinawa. Trace Adkins was here in January...WOWWWWWWW.  Hopefully will get to a festival on mainland this summer. |

Just got my ticket for Cat Power. I had my ticket for her gig in November last year, but it was cancelled (I got my money back). Roll on, Chan!
Chan and The Who in one week. Couldn't be better. (Oh wait, I had Weller and The Roses in one week last year)

I went to see BRMC in Vienna. Great sound, great live band. Though I think they're the first band I've seen who had two slow songs as an encore  New album tracks are good live too, Hate The Taste sounds like a monster. |

This year......Proud Mary in Liverpool Apart from that just acoustic nights and local bands around Liverpool really......guess it's like going to lower league football but I enjoy it |
