This is the first college game I've watched all year. I dont know how anyone prefers this to the NBA the season is a lot shorter, so each individual game has more urgency. also in this tournament it is single game elimination as opposed to a 5 or 7 game series, which means on any given night, team x could beat team y. in addition to all that, you have to realize that a lot of these guys won't ever play competitive organized basketball ever again, so many of them are playing for their careers, especially when it comes to tournament time. the irish better knock this team out NOW. they don't want this game to go to OT. I thnk its the shot clock and style of play. The one and done is exciting but some of the kids are really bad and their shot selection is horrible. ND not leaving themselves with any time outs was idiotic. You play the entire game hard but don't give yourself an opportunity at the end to set up a play. |

Enjoy the games. Of course if your not a Duke fan I'm sure the MSU game is a bit boring but the UK and Badgers game was superb. |

The reffing for the whole tournament has been a complete joke, but this weekend was particularly bad. The Duke/MSU game was inconsistently called throughout. they had ACC refs working so that's no surprise. Way too much touch fouls on both sides. The second game was even worse in some respects because they completely dropped the ball on multiple calls. The slap in the face (F1 at least), shot clock violation, and a few more. I hope the game on Monday has refs that are as good as the two teams. Let's go Duke get one K one for the thumb. |

Kentucky are going to go undefeated, and they're going to win the national title.  God bless. I think they wil win it all. I don't think they'll go undefeated though .....college b ball is strange , DONT forget these kentucky kids are young as usual not thete for 4 years. There will be a night ( Columbia almost did it and they suck ) there will be a time in late jan or mif feb on a cold night on road when these kids run up against a team that shoots lights out and squeaks 1 out .,,,.my opinion anyway. But when it counts there scary they should win it all Well I was almost right i said they would have a bad shooting night one game and would not go undefeated , just thought it would be in regular season Clams close tho to nailing it Also Ive always hated dick vitale Over the top corny antics Can't stand him , but he proved he had no clue last night He said college basketball is the best because it's the only sport where it comes down to one game or bust , He mentions baseball ,hockey , b ball ( pro ) and says kentucky would win if they played Wisconsin in best of seven , and that's why college b ball is best MEMO TO DICKIE V ....EVER HEAR OF THE NFL , YOU MORON if the Giants played the pats in a seven game series to decide super bowl the pats win 6 out of 7 maybe 5 out of 7 ( both Super Bowls ) I think the bills beat the Giants in a best of 7 cause the Giants had to play perfect and need a Norwood miss at that to win , Same for all the playoffs that are one or fone to get to the super bowl , so once again Dickie V. has no clue , Can't wait for him to leave broadcasting ,,,,,Baby  . |

 Kinda lost respect for Wisconsin for all the after game bitching especially Ryan. I can understand the kids being salty with Frank being glum at the post-game and Koenig making some crybaby statements on twitter. Win with pride and lose with pride, but show respect. You'd NEVER see Coach K make those kind of statements, he loves and respects the game too much to cry about calls or the nature of the game. Face it college refs suck, there were terrible calls on both sides. It is something you have to deal with. Justise and Jahlil both had 4 fouls, some of which were really questionable, plus didn't the Badgers win the Big Ten conference on a blown outbounds call and didn't they beat UK because of a blown shot clock call? They and the haters can suck it up. Big Ten plays physical, guess they were too tired after winning their national championship game against UK. Also ACC 5-1 against Big Ten in national championship games. ACC always shows up in March. Congrats again to the team. It has been a joy to watch Cook grow up. I can't think of a senior that deserves this more than him. He came into Duke with a 5 man class and he's the only one who stayed. He got bounced by Lehigh and Mercer in the NCAA's but he finally got his banner this year. Winslow is an all time favorite, a badass and future NBA star. Jones might have just had the most clutch and ballsy season by a freshmen PG maybe of all time. Okafor's post game was something magical. Glad this group could win Duke its fifth title, from the start of the season I thought they could do something special and they did it. Obviously different eras but Coach K is probably the GOAT. Sure Wooden won more but it was easier then and Coach K has won his over the course of 24 years. Outstanding and amazing. He flat out coached Bo Ryan in the second half and Duke was way hunger than the Badgers (who had the most efficient offense in the past ten years or something). Won't be as good next year but I'm looking forward to seeing Grayson Allen, Jefferson, and Jones (hopefully both of them) develop and lead a solid group. |

Random thought: Vanderbilt has the weirdest court, with the fans far away from the court; Oregon has the most annoying court with the stupid tree design on the court.

Shame they couldn't keep their end of the bargain to keep the chip in the 919. As a Duke fan you really couldn't ask for a better finish. Feel for Marcus Paige, one of the most likable Heels ever. Props to Nova, Wright proved to me he could coach with that last play and his defensive scheme against Johnson.
