What a piece of shit film. Nothing in the movie is plausible, the last death scene is hysterical, and all of the plot twist were easy to figure out.

Just finished American Horror Story: Asylum (it's the 2nd season of the show). It's definitely not for the faint-of-heart.

A good but not great movie. We've seen this type of movie before from Marty (Goodfellas). We have also seen this tale of the greedy stockbroker guy who finally sees the end of days.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but the general plot, from what I could see in the trailer and clips, seemed like something I've watched before. Speaking of Wall Street movies, I thought Margin Call (2011) based on the 2008 crash was underrated:

Was by far my favorite film last year. Has some similar beats as Goodfellas but it's also Marty's best film since then as well. The scene were they OD on the quaaludes is probably the funniest scene in an Marty film plus the best acting Leo's done in a film since Gilbert Grape.
