These lines are probably the most humouristic Noel's ever written I think. I doubt that was the intention he had with it. Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is and even Shakermaker are quite funny.
I don't think this s good enough for the album, not sure if it's even worth as a b-side.
It needs a bit of shaping up here and there, but it's got a deeper undertone which was definitely intended.
