I don't think Noel ever nailed 'Falling Down' in a live setting. Other than that Noel always brings his A game to his gigs. Good shout.

I always thought that version from the Standing on the Edge of Noise gig was good
I think a big problem with a lot of the Falling Back live vocals was Noel not being about to completely hit the vocals, the fact that the song was so atmospheric on the record, and they were never really able to get the mix correct in a lot of the larger venues. The mix actually very good here in the smaller venue.

The only thing I didn't like about Noel in recent years were his backing vocals on the DOYS tour. He tried something different with them, a new style, but it was irritating. Normally his backing vocals enhanced Liam's voice and worked perfectly in tandem, but they detracted from the songs on the 2008/09 tour - he was singing them way too high.

Live he's missed on a lot of tunes over the years, but IMO he's far more reliable on a good vocal performance than Liam these days. And thats not to say he "misses" regularly. At the end of the day, every artist has an off day and you'll not find one band who have been "perfect" vocally all the time.
From the studio versions, I think "The Good Rebel" may be his worst, but then again, I just think that's his worse solo tune thus far.
