Does anyone know what song these lyrics belong to? "Take a step in my world, take a step in my world"

Back when we were all downloading DBTT, I downloaded a file called Turn Up the Sun, or maybe it was TUTS. Actually, it wasn't the real version of the song. Instead it was just guitar music (that sounded much better than the real guitar in TUTS). Throughout the file, Noel and Liam take turns talking about how serious they are about the band.

At the very end of the file Noel says "who was that band." Clearly this comes from the Acquiesce video. The rest of the dialogue must come from different interviews. Of course, Liam sings the afore mentioned lyrics at one point in the song.

What I wish to know is where do these lyrics come from? Where does this guitar come from?

It appears that another English band was inspired by the Oasis promotion we are discussing. A band named Sparked has a song called STEP IN MY WORLD. You can download it at their website. The funny thing is that I think they copied the Oasis promotion that is less than 2 minutes long. I wonder if they realize that they've really ripped of Hurricane #1.
