I'd agree with this after hearing the HFB demos tracks. The DBTT tracks sound more finished and worked on, Stop The Clocks especially which is missing a shitload of overdubs.

Well when you include STC and RM, the leaked tracks, on DBTT tracklisting, they fit perfectly. So we knew those tracks werent just demos for a long time now. They're one of the many versions Noel has probably recorded over the years.

I'd love to hear the RM from DOYS though, even if there's only a guide vocals from Noel.
