I love collecting NGHFB but at the rate noel releases singles, boxsets and DVDs and so on I will be broke by Xmas lol....

Fair does guys, fair does!
I've always bought Oasis imports/promos, but only when there's been extra tracks not available elsewhere - for example the Japanese Some Might Say single or the WDIAGW promo.
I don't understand why you buy multiple versions of the same thing in different formats when there's no new audio!
Crazy fans - you could have bought loads of other good albums for that! :-)

I've yet to come across a promo CD, even an in-house CD-R which the high level collectors can sometimes have access too. |

There was a flac included in a bootleg, but it wasn't real flac... it was transcoded from the 128 mp3. As far as I know there isn't a better quality version around. Is it still available to buy on Amazon Germany? Their downloads should now be VBR0 mp3s, which is way better than 128. |

You're right. It's a 256 kbps mp3 indeed, my bad! The FLAC version which is around the net is still a transcoded 128 though... that's probably why I assumed that the Amazon download was 128 too.
