Remember how awesome Liam's voice was on the Radio Aid performance? Wonderwall was brilliant. Songbird was brilliant. His voice sounded soooo good. It was like 1996.
It did get worse for the tour. Why do you suppose that is?

The sheer number of gigs won't have helped, plus its easier to sing an acoustic song on the radio than to sing 15/16 songs in a concert arena IMO.
It still sounded a lot better than the last tour, and I don't think anyone who went to an Oasis gig was complaining, he still sounds mega live, just a bit shite on the bootlegs.

except for a few off nites.. i like liam's vox more than ever these days... it was top in nyc ! i suppose he cld benefit from some inc. vocal hygiene and lessons like anyone....

heh, It was better than the HC tour.... I just wish he could hold notes, not be out of breath, say "suuunsheeeinnee" and etc.

liams voice is great he sounded brilliant in manchester when i was there and to be honest he hasnt been to bad at all this tour except after the first 5 or 6 gigs he got a bit crap but regained the liam strength in time for the US tour and Stadium gigs
