I dunno if it would be such a great idea to release a 2nd B-sides compilation. A few crackers aside, their B-sides aren't as good as they used to be back in the days when every single had 4 songs on it and they could ALL have been big hits (as Oasis singles used to be). If I had to pick an album of them though: 01. Eyeball Tickler 02. Carry Us All 03. Won't Let You Down 04. One Way Road 05. Just Getting Older 06. Thank You For The Good Times 07. (As Long As They've Got) Cigarettes In Hell 08. Shout It Out Loud 09. Let's All Make Believe >>Best tune on the fuckin' record! 10. (You've Got) The Heart Of A Star 11. Pass Me Down The Wine 12. My Generation 13. Idler's Dream Plus you never know, there may be some corking B-sides yet to come. But so far the post SOTSOG batch as a whole don't match up to the pervious set. the key point is that 13 or 14 songs isprobably about as much as a new B-side compilation could muster, whereas in the old days they slapped 14 together and still had 5 or 6 tunes left that could easily have gone on there. that looks good!

Who doesn't like You've got the heart of a star? I absolutely love that song. I didn't realise it was an Oasis song when I first heard it. I thought it was Noel covering Burt Bacharach or something. I think it's the best b-side in years. I also love Thank You For The Good Times, Eyeball Tickler and Helter Skelter. I suspect Can You See It Now? will be released as a b-side in the near future too. I find myself listening to it constantly. Other than those though, "new" Oasis b-sides are simply b-sides - not all-conquering anthems like Acquiesce and Fade Away.
