You've definitely taken the track in an interesting direction. Can't wait to hear which way Noel will take the track when it's finally recorded. I've sort of allways figured he will make it a mix between If I had a Gun and Everybodys on The Run.. Just uploaded a remix of the soundcheck-version yesterday. Interesting that your version has a bit more of a country tinge to it ksnoek.
You and revolve keep giving me great hope for this track. It doesn't sound that much different than Noel's other acoustic stuff. In fact it's very average, but when I hear instrumentation to it, it sounds like it could be a very great track. Which surprises me.

You're right about the "country tinge" comment; I've sort of gotten hung up on the version you can hear in the "Lord Don't Slow Me Down"-movie.. And that version is very country-ish indeed. |

I always picture it sounding a bit like Part of The Queue when fully done. Probably wishful thinking since POTQ is one of my favourites off DBTT, but I have always gotten that vibe off this song.

I just wanted to test out the waters of using the original recording with Noel singing and my instrumental cover. I haven't grasped the whole filtering out the noise, as you can tell. But this was really just me messing around. I can see this song having that Part of the Queue vibe. Obviously the song needs to be faster, like the way I portray it. I've always tried to mix it the way you would hear early day Oasis, loud and noisy.
