got my box on saturday and didn't even know something was missing until i got the email. so what am i missing, a tiny picture of noel ? lol

Yeah, it supposed to be an indivdually numbered polaroid.
Looks as though it's just the empty boxes missing it.
Going off ebay they seem to be from the different singles covers, so would suggest 5 different designs.

Haven't received the "missing photo" email which makes me nervous. Looking back, I never received an email receipt either. They have my money though the transaction appears in my bank activity. Hopefully the emails are just going to my spam folder (can't check at the moment at work). I may have to raise hell if I don't get this box. Either way I don't see any Americans getting theirs today. Happy Labor Day!

Got mine last week, but its the first thing this year thats actually turned up from them. Then i get the email saying about the polaroid... not arsed about that but its just confirmed my opinion that they are a bit rubbish.
