Was just curious as to the contrast in venue sizes all of you out there seen OASIS in which venue was the largest and which the smallest, and which did u enjoy more.....the largest for me was knebworth , and the smallest was roseland in nyc
knebworth was the greatest event i was ever at , but roseland and the beacon where i sat in the front was the best sound. how about you guys

Smallest - Lucifers Mill Dundee 1994, capacity about 100, audience was about 20.
Biggest - hmm, not quite sure, Murrayfield, Hampden and T In The Park would all be about the same I guess - around the 50, 000 mark.
As for what I prefer, well the early gig was amazing, I'll never forget it as long as I live, but at the time, I didnt realise how big the band were gonna become. And i love the big stadium gigs so I dunno!

Largest for me was Rock in Rio 2001 about 250k ppl
Smalest was at Brussels 2000 about 2k ppl

murrayfield for the biggest and usher hall for the wee est. murrayfield was mega but usher hall was the dogs. new material being played while being two metres from the band. fuckin magic.
even if you were at the back of the whole place you were still closer than 2nd row of a stadium gig.

I think it only holds 1,200 people, So Smallest : the joint, las Vegas, 2002 Biggest: City of Manchester Stadium 2005  Out of those two I would take manchester anyday  |

Largest show I saw was the Joint in Vegas, after SOTSOG.
Smallest was the Nile Theatre in Mesa, AZ. Maybe 50-75 people.

I've only ever seen Oasis in large venues. Smallest show was 13,000 at Maple Leafs Garden back in 98. Largest was this year at the Molson Amphitheatre, 16-17,000.
