Oasis used to open with Swamp Song during 1995-96.
Then they used BHN when promoting the album 1997 through 1998
Now they've used Fucking In The Bushes for 5 years since 2000.
I know it's a dead rockin' tune and the way they come onstage is fucking ace, but do you think they will replace it with something else in the years to come.

When I saw Oasis tour with the Black Crowes in 2001, Oasis came onstage to a pre-recorded "muzak" version of "Strawberry Fields." Halfway through, it switched to an intentionally hokey "bluegrass/country" arrangement. It was funny, and also I think helped diffuse some of the tension from an audience who was largely there to see the Black Crowes. It said "yes, we worship the Beatles, and nick some of their muscial moves," and then followed it up with "but don't take it too seriously." Maybe I'm over-thinking it, but the crowd (like I said, mostly a Black Crowes audience) seemed to really get into them.

That's a really cool look on it. It makes sense to me. Although I'm sure they've never done that elsewhere!
