If any one has listened to screamadelica by primal sream and listened to ( may not be accurate) damaged or the one after it, the solo is almost exactly the same as the one we know so well from dont look back in anger, and bare in mind that this came out 3 years before morning glory. I havnt got anything against this obviously but came as a shock to know that solo was not entirly origanal. But who cares? I mean most rock is heavily influenced by other stuff any way. feedback please. bananarised@gmail.com

Screamadelica does have Moving On Up & Damaged, which are Rolling Stones inspired, but all the rest is totally different from the Stones. It's more about electronic sounds and there's not too many tracks which you can hear a guitar being played at all.

Who gives a fuck?? And for the record, Oasis has never stolen ANYTHING. *wink, wink!* Noel is God, he is The Chief, if he wants to "borrow" the riffs from Sgt. Peppers to make the next Oasis classic, then it's A-OK by me!

I have an idea, that is Screamadelica being a generation defining album. It has fuck all to do with Rolling Stones. If you were serious (doubt it), go listen to Slip Inside This House or Higher Than The Sun. Don't hear Mick or Keith there myself.

So what are you saying, they were a Stones cover band or that they were indie crap? They are not exactly the same thing. I wasn't around to witness 89-91 in England, but Stone Roses and Primals were quite big back then, and that's all I'm saying. What Oasis has to do with that era I fail to see, exept for the fact they started out because of those bands.
