Not quite an exact comparison as Oasis had a large back catalog to draw from and, if I recall correctly, were able to mix up their set a bit on that trek as a result. If Beady Eye do nothing new (whether that be in the shape of new Beady Eye songs or old Oasis songs), it'll just be the same set they took around the world being aired yet again for no discernible reason. Can't see that happening. There will be *something* different, but we don't know what.

I'd bet on there being the oasis songs they plan on including for the next tour on the setlist and maybe a couple of new songs like my big mouth and it's getting better (Hindu!!!) being played at knebworth on the Morning Glory tour before Be Here Now came out

Surely at least one new song. As for Oasis song, it has to be. Liam clearly said that he was gonna play some on the nex tour. Wel this gig is the next tour isn't it? So they'r gonna try a new setlist, and play Oasis songs. No doubt about it.
They're no point in going back there in july to just play DGSS.

I was planning a visit to Japan this summer to see a friend of mine and go to Fuji, but the plans fell through. A damn shame and this is only the first round of announcements! Can't wait to see what they have in store.

I've been to Summer Sonic for 3 times, but never been to Fuji. It's quite far away from Tokyo and in the middle of nowhere.
They do have a very strict policy, but would love to visit in the near future.
