I realized a few days ago that a lot of people hate the songs Noel sung on for Heathen Chemistry, but other people really enjoy them, which do you enjoy the most?
For me its Force Of Nature, it is the only song Noel has sung that's kind of like a hard tune. (can't think of the correct term or word I'm trying to describe)

Force of Nature could be in the "Oasis shocking moments" category... shockingly bad, I mean. Noel was uninspired during HC, but I like Little By Little, the lyrics flow pretty well with the melody. Love the lyrics, full of emotion (girls are emotional ;D ).

Love the lyrics, full of emotion (girls are emotional ;D ). I enjoy Force of Nature because its so different from anything else Noel has sung previously, She Is Love would be my second choice, great lyrics, and sometimes I really enjoy Little By Little, only sometimes though. Still a great song though

I absolutely love all three of them. Really don't understand why they get so much hate around here. Force of Nature is mega, an amazing rocker. I love the whole feeling of it and its incredible live. I would, for example, prefer it over Mucky Fingers on the NGHFB tour.
She Is Love is a lovely feel good song. I do like the lyrics and to me it is in no way the worst Noel Gallagher song, as some have said.
Little By Little is probably in my top 5 Oasis songs. It means a lot to me and I think it is one of Noel's best. It is anthemic and huge. The solo is incredible and love Noel's vocals and everything about it. The lyrics, wow. To me it is up there with CS, DLBIA and Live Forever.

I went with Force of Nature.I've never thought that this track was as bad as it's been made out to be.
She is Love is just cheesy and I listened to Little By Little far too much. Just got too boring after a while.

What is wrong with FON??

All of them sounds like the work of an old man with no inspiration really.
LBL is Noel trying to recreate his greatest anthemns (ike DLBIA), it's just a very poor pub anthemn at the best. It's ok to sing it out loud drunk in a stadium, but that's it really, eveything about this song shows bad taste.
FON is Noel trying to make a rocker (same with HT), since that's the work of the man who wrote DM, I expect way more than that from Noel. FON is very bland boring.
SIL is Noel trying to make a fresh sweet ballad ala La's. It just sounds bland and cheesy. We're far from the class of a She's Electric or a It's better people.
Not to mention that Noel doesn't sound particularry good in any of them.
All of his songs on HC sounds like an old man trying to recreate a formula that worked in the past. None of them have soul, they all sound formated. The genius was gone at the time. With DBTT Noel showed us it was just a rough patch.

Force of Nature was awesome live on the HC tour, no doubt about it. Just didn't translate to the recording studio for whatever reason.
She Is Love has some cool lead guitar parts.
And Little By Little is still as shit as it ever was.

I really like all three. I've never really understood the hate for She Is Love in particular - it's just a very honest, uncomplicated song. My favorite's still LBL, though.

They are all very subpar from what NG used to deliver, but you could say that about almost every song-sung of his post 2000 period

Agreed on that, like with most HC songs, they were generally pretty good live, She Is Love is shit IMHO, never liked it, Little By Little - sometimes i like it, sometimes i think its too bland, especially live with the beggining...

I voted for FON. It's a great bluesy howler, I love the piano bits, Iggy Pop intro, and the vocals. The chord riff song is different from what Noel usually writes, so I wouldnt say its an attempt to relive former glories (as you could argue with LBL, even though LBL is great live). It's terrific live but on the album, for some reason, it's not...optimally captured.

Never got the Force Of Nature/She Is Love hate. The 3 Noels and Hindu Times are the only tracks I really listen to on the album. LittleBy Little normally bores me though, still better than the vast majority of the album.

I went with She Is Love because to me it's the best of the bad bunch....Force Of Nature is just boring repeativeness and Little By Little i've always found boring unless am with a bunch of people - always considered it DLBIA part 2

Seeing them put together I realized that I actually like all three of these songs. SIL is happily light (a characteristic that softens me a lot when assesing songs), FON is very unique as a Noel tune, and LBL not my favourite but I never hated it. Went for SIL.

I love FON, as mentioned above, it's different. And I like the rawness in Noel's voice in that one. It was a tough choice though, because I really love LBL too. There's a lot of passion in that song. SIL is okay for me. There's just nothing really special about that song for me.

Pretty awful choice to make, the definite low point in Oasis music output. Out of those 3....LBL...because it's listenable.

Little By Little. Fell in love with it when I first heard it on Cold Case back when I was in middle school. Yeah, kind of a lame way to discover an Oasis song, but hey, at least it made me listen to the rest of the album. Force of Nature is pretty good, but IMO She is Love has always been one of the weaker tracks Noel sings..
