Their European tour started today. I'm really looking forward to see them - one of my most favourite bands again.
If you get a chance, please go to see them.

My brother saw them doing an acoustic session in one of the clubs in Glasgow, just happened by chance that he went to the same club. Acoustics weren't very good in the club (never are) but what he made out he said was really good. I've heard them acoustically and they're really good. It's something I'd like them to do for a future album - a stripped back approach. I always think a great band shows its real colours with an intimate feel, taking away all the bluster.

I always think a great band shows its real colours with an intimate feel, taking away all the bluster. I completely agree, matt. Very lucky of your brother. The acoustic EP they've relaesed a while back was really great. I've seen them on Thursday in a very small venue where I saw We Were Promised Jetpacks back in 2010. It was the 3rd time that I saw the Sads. Very loud, but a fantastic gig. They played most songs from the new album, 2 from the last one and a couple from the first album. I've never seen James (singer of the band) smiling between the songs like Thursday night. He said "Thank you very much for coming to see us tonight" more than once He also said "We thought no one would come up tonight". Oh yes, I would James Graham, for this my very favourite band!
