huge fan of the boss, saw the new album kicking about so had a listen land of hope and dreams has that singalongy vibe to it quite liking it, not listened enough to say wither i like the album or not mind...anyway
favourite (studio) album - Born to Run
Favourite song - tough one....can't pick one, acoustic songs though the version of Nebraska on the live compilation cd is awesome one of my favourite ever recordings.
ive also got a cd of the live gig in Barcelona 2003....don't think there's a song on there i skip amazing gig !

Having terrible luck trying to see the boss live. Missed out on Working on a dream tour gig at Hampden a few years ago, now missing his gig down in London this year because I'm moving to the states. Thought I could see him in Boston and realised hes playing like 4 days before I go out, typical lol.
Some people tell me though, that the boss is prone to playing small gigs in Jersey? Anyone heard anything like that?

Thoughts? I like it [/quote] I don't know why, but this reminds me of radio jingles... Very strange

loving the new album i'm calling it now--- best song: 'jack of all trades' .... (but that could change tomorrow!) I have three that I cant stop listening to. Rocky ground(which people either love or despise), Land of hope and dreams(yes its an old song but love the sax solo) and this depression. bonus point for american land which i never cared for live but sounds great on cd

Probably the only song ever written first person from the perspective of a stadium. It also works as a great analogy of life

Thats the show after Tampa. Hope they keep 10th ave freeze-out. The pause after "and the Big Man joined the band" was a great touch as was My City of Ruins. Odd to hear a show without Born to Run but I think he was trying to get the new songs down and hope they bring back the ~ You've just seen...."the heartstoppin', pants-droppin', hard rockin', booty shakin', earth quakin', love makin', viagra takin', history makin', legendary E STREET BAND!!!" ~
