You can't deny it, some of the clothing is suspect but Pretty Green makes kick ass, awesome jackets and coats. Decently priced too. Quite a bit is bobbins but the good stuff is quality, the cheaper t shirts tend not to last long and always end up with a rip/tear in them after 6 months or so (bar one) which is why I only buy them in the sale now. Got a jumper and cardigan about 2 and half years old, granted I don't wear either often now but they've kept shape and colour which is why I bought more earlier in the year, the pair of jeans I bought have been the same, no colour fade at all after 10 months. The white parka I bought i've only worn twice as it was summer so no need to wear it but washed it after each outing on a high temperature and kept it's shape, looking forward to letting that have some more outings as autumn is coming

Has anyone been to the store in Tokyo?
Im going in January and I'm so excited. Obviously in Australia we don't have the luxury of access to a pretty green shop lol

My cousin got one of those jackets. As festival season overhere is Summer, I believe it wouldn't warm enough to wear it in the winter.
Just sayin.

Doubt it. Certainly wouldn't be for a British winter.

I think you'd still freeze in Stalingrad wearing that jacket.

I'll probably get the Festival Jacket, anyway.... I'm not out in the elements for too long in the winter, and the jacket will carry into to the springtime... You gotta think ahead, eva. Graciás.

I've got the Navy Blue one and I live in Northern Italy. I can wear it until late november, then no. But I remember wearing it in London last march for Noel's gig.

Yeah, agree with Jim, it's more just a waterproof than something to keep you warm. You'd have to have a jumper on underneath or something, if it was really cold. Or you could always just...
But it definitely is a smart looking thing, I know someone who has one.

I want this meself... Looks hot hot hot!!! Will have to come down in price a fair bit though... Also fancy it in white: I have the shoes to match, and I only ever wear black drainpipes, but get that bugger dirty, as I invariably will, trouncing round Manchester getting mud flung up at me after yet another downpour, and it might not look so good...

Fred Perry > Pretty Green

They struck gold with that paisley pattern. They really did. I mean sure, the name 'Pretty Green' took some getting used to, but the logo always had a classic look about it so you didn't mind. Now, to create the paisley pattern on top of that... How many clothes brands can say they have TWO distinctive style features to their clothes that separate themselves from other brands? And then you plaster that logo and paisley pattern all over the coats themselves, which take the best bits from the wide array of brands Liam wears, and it's not surprising Pretty Green's coats are some of the best around.

Fred Perry > Pretty Green Fred Perry's polo shirts knock Pretty Green's out the park. And yet, on the other hand, PG's coats knock FP's out the park. So it's a tough one to call. Or it would be, if it weren't for...
