Rolling Stone Mag seems to think so claiming he'll be part of the lineup for the first WHO gig in over a year when the band plays Live Aid ? Kathy , any ideas ?
The Who will perform at the London edition of Live 8, to be held July 2nd in Hyde Park. They join a star-studded lineup that already includes U2, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Elton John, Sting, Coldplay and a one-off reunion of Pink Floyd. The Who, who haven't performed in nearly a year, now consist of founding members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey, with drummer Zack Starkey, bassist Pino Paladino and keyboardist John "Rabbit" Bundrick.

Rolling Stone Mag seems to think so claiming he'll be part of the lineup for the first WHO gig in over a year when the band plays Live Aid ? Kathy , any ideas ? 1) Live 8 official site - no Who listed yet 2) The webmaster of the Who section of pt.com mentions Geldof's announcement of such, but no actual STATEMENT from Pete on the site yet 3) "The Who" (as billed by the charity) played the Four Season's of Hope Charity show in NYC Monday (the 13th) - but it was actually Pete and Roger acoustic with Jon Carin on synth/keyboard/drummachine. (and was billed as just Pete,Rog,Jon on pt.com) 4) I suppose it could be possible for Zak to do both if the Who go on early in the festivities. (and would expect a very short set) 5) but then again, Rolling Stone says it's some guy named "Zack" - kathy v --who hates always being last to know

terry is not drumming with oasis live. he played on mucky fingers. thats all. terry many months ago informed me that he will be the drummer for the Euro leg of the tour. I am not saying this is still the case with a band that changes their mind like underwear
