Oasis has never had as much critical acclaim and overall success from an album other than the two tony was on...maybe he cursed the band after getting kicked out...maybe they shoudl get him to do one song per album and they will go back to selling millions of records in one week, getting good reviews, and having staying power......thoughts

Yeah. It's all Tony. He was the most essential member! They were crazy getting rid of him!

That kinda true. Some star power to sell some records. ;D Thats what i asked a while ago. Why did oasis make better music with worse musicians than they have now.

It has to do with songwriting skills....not with music ability

It is music. The guitar work on Supersonic sounds more colourful than Mucky Fingers for example. Maybe he needs to start doing more solos.

I don't think he was as bad as everyone makes him out to be. alot of the negativity towards has to do with the fact that Noel has slagged him off. would he have been able to drum on WTSMG? we'll never know. but the shows he did in 94-95 certainly sound good to me

yes. It's just ironic that the worse musicians played the better songs.

I don't think he would fit it with the band, his style doesn't fit where the band are musically.

tony only drummed on a few tracks on DM. has anyone seen the video live by the sea. he really is awful. no drumming style at all.. they could never have progressed with them. alans drumming on morning glory is really good, but he just lazy after that.
