I think Cecilia is a metaphor for Liam and the song is about Liam. Well, according to a joint Gallagher interview during the Oasis years (can't find the year right now) Noel says that Liam thinks all his (Noel's) songs are about Liam. To which Liam adds: "I'm his muse." |
