That was a nice one... but Pelé has done better, and a lot more. For fucks sake, Pelé won the World Cup more times than Argentina. Exhibit B: 1958, 1962, 1970 (Brazil), 1962, 1963 (Santos). btw, try to read this (can't be arsed to translate it): Vamos comparar Maradona e Pélé para quem aqinda tem alguma duvida de que Pelé é incomparável... ASSISTAM AO FILME DO PELÈ PARA PARAREM DE ESCREVER ABOBRINHAS DE QUE MARADONA FOI MELHOR, MARADONA NÃO FOI MELHOR NEM QUE O RIVELINO QUANTO MAIS PElÈ. Ah para quem diz que antigamente não marcavam.. O Pelé foi o único jogador do MUNDO que tinha 2 marcadores na COLA DELE E MESMO ASSIM SEMPRE FOI O MELHOR. Será que aquele gol do pelé contra a Suécia dando um chapéu no zagueiro Maradona fazia.. Los colombianos no somos propensos a dar mucho crédito a los argentinos futbolísticamente hablando, especialmente después del 5-0, pero hay que reconocer que Maradona fue mejor, Pelé fue O Rei en su tiempo, pero Maradona hizo más que él. Además es del Barça! Es uno de mis varios dioses paganos. Así que creo yo que es cierto que Dios nació en la Argentina.

Los colombianos no somos propensos a dar mucho crédito a los argentinos futbolísticamente hablando, especialmente después del 5-0, pero hay que reconocer que Maradona fue mejor, Pelé fue O Rei en su tiempo, pero Maradona hizo más que él. Plus, the coke story makes Maradona even better, kind of a rock n roll thing. Look at it this way: Pelé came before and he did everything, he is sort of a Macca of football, he was into pot like pelé was into viagra, but nothing serious, and Maradona has gone through health problems and all that because of cocaine and every kind of white dust that can be taken up a person's nose, just like Noel at the end of the nineties, he is the Noel of football, so you could say it's a Macca Vs. Noel arguement, it's hard to say wich one's better, but I'd always say Noel, I don't know why, he's just my favourite. And I could compare Pelé with Lennon, but he fits better into Macca. |
