Paste it in your address bar and it will work. It has a top biography and some stuff about singles and albums with review links in the album pages.

i think you'll find morning glory in 2003 was up to 23 million cos noel said it on the patrick kielty show and corrected patrick when he said 18m , and seen as noel own's big brother records im sure he's right as he would have access to thoughs sought of records.
if you have the show watch it again fucking funny 2 with tom jolly on it 2.

Those figures seem believeable except for the fact that Q magazine said they had sold 36 million albums just before Heathen Chemistry came out.
The claim of Noel's that What's the Story sold 22 million seems like him having Kielty on.

DM-10 mil
That's wrong as well. Even within the last two years I saw that listed at around 5 or 6 million.

I'm main uploader (Painbearer) to Oasis article, but yet I don't know how much has DM sold. I think that it's about 7 million, but one of our uploading team is instisting on 10. I also think that Be Here Now outsold DM, but he is instisting it's vice versa. So who's right?

I'm pretty sure the more realistic numbers are
DM - 5-7 million MG - 18-20 million BHN - 7-8 million

I think it just kept selling for a long period. Whereas other Oasis albums in the US like Be Here Now and the recent ones sell a lot quite quickly, Morning Glory spread out its sales. Loads of people bought it because of DLBIA, then lots more people bought it because of Wonderwall, then more people bought it because of Champagne Supernova etc. With such strong singles it was able to spread out its sales over a long period and I believe it stayed in the US Top 10 for about 10-15 weeks or so. So it never sold enough in a single week to get to number 1, but it was selling very well for such a long time that it eventually added up to about 4 million +.

A long stream of sales rather than a quick burst.

Just as a bit of an interesting point - DBTT is selling through the roof. I work in a record shop and theres a couple of things you need to consider with the charts and sales figures. Always take them with a pinch of salt because they're so effected by what the company wants to sell and which suppliers paid for the top spot. Anyway, we're only a small shop and we bought about 250 copies of DBTT, which is a lot for us and the manager was worried and saying, ooh, too many, but I was saying, no, we'll shift them and we have by the bucket load. Its really good. We've nearly none left by Saturday. Also we opened early to sell it and normally when we do that its a waste of time and we have about 1 customer but there were people waiting outside for Don't Believe the Truth, which was nice. Reminds me of when Be Here Now was released. Anyway, sorry for waffling.

Your waffling is fine man. No need to apologise. And yse DBTT is selling well. 238,000 last week. At least 150,000 this week too.
