ok Ive updated the whole list (and also the list of songs that still aren't mentioned yet; right now 109 songs got voted for a real battle going on at the top of the current list.....also it's quite a surprise to see some of the old favourites (b-sides or albumtracks) don't get too much attention, but you know it can all change within days.......I'll keep counting

I've always considered DLBIA to be Oasis' finest moment musically and one of the few moments where you could truly say that they were just as good as the Beatles. If done by the Beatles, it probably would have been hailed among their Top 10 songs. That's saying something. I like this. Couldn't agree more, if done by The Beatles it would be rated around the same level as Let it Be or Hey Jude.

Surprised at either the exclusion or the low placing of DGA on many people's lists. To each their own of course. But it's probably the last truly phenomenal Liam vocal (in his Top 3 imo), and features one of Noel most heartfelt lyrics:
"Me and you what's going on? All we seem to know is how to show The feelings that are wrong"
Definitely a out and out classic imo.

15. I'd Pick You Everytime 16. Waiting For the Rapture 17. Slide Away Man alive! As an unabashed admirer of I'd Pick You Everytime, I would like to second your astonishment that someone thinks that song is better than SA. Actually, I'm astonished that people think that any song is better than SA.

Some real shockers here. Why is Supersonic constantly rated so low? GDForever, you can't seriously leave out such a great song of the top 20... The extremely high positions of Slide Away are surprising too. Yeah, it's good, but not as great as, say, Live Forever or DLBIA.

The extremely high positions of Slide Away are surprising too. Yeah, it's good, but not as great as, say, Live Forever or DLBIA. It's like picking between your kids, isn't though? There have been days when I thought Cast No Shadow might be my favourite Oasis song. It's #20 on my list. I used to listen to the Some Might Say single on repeat 24 hours a day. I love all four of those songs. None of them made my list. I could make a top 50 or 60 list of songs I absolutely love. I would agree though, that I rated Supersonic too low-should be top 10. (corrected)

Surprised to see DLBIA so high, never been a huge fan... although that may be down to over-exposure ;D

don't forget that some people dont make 'best of' lists (music wise) but 'current favourites lists'. at this moment Everybody's On The Run is one of my favourites, I play it quite a lot, same goes for The Morning Son. But that could change within weeks of course. anyway thanks for all votes thus far, keep them coming I'd say

2) Lyla 3) The Hindu Times 4) Roll With It The Hindu Times is what got me into Oasis as a fan, Lyla and Roll with It made me a crazed fan. Also I'm quite interested to see what the final result of this will be, because its not some critic choosing these songs, not Noel or Liam or casual fans (maybe a few though). This is Live4Ever "The Web's most popular Oasis Fan Site". So when this is over it'll be the MADFERIT fans "Stop The Clocks".
