Not the most original thread idea, and it's been done before. But let's do it again. You are allowed to use one album only per artist.
1. Oasis - Be Here Now 1997 2. Beatles - Revolver 1966 3. Bruce Springsteen - Born In The USA 1984 4. Suede - Coming Up! 1996 5. Kent - Röd 2009 6. The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses 1989 7. Pulp - Different Class 1995 8. Rolling Stones - Between The Buttons 1967 9. Beach Boys - Pet Sounds 1966 10. Cast - Magic Hour 1999 11. Small Faces - Ogden's Nut Gone Flake 1967 12. Kaiser Chiefs - Yours Truly, Angry Mob 2007 13. Radiohead - The Bends 1995 14. Charlatans - Tellin' Stories 1997 15. Kasabian - Velociraptor! 2011
...And IF I was allowed to use more than one per artist the list would of course be a heap of Oasis, post-Oasis and Beatles albums.
The Verve? I would've liked to add them to the list, but when I thought about it I figured that all of their albums have some forgettable tracks unfortunately.
So, let's see your takes on this!

Erm... This is hard, seeing as I've only got 17 years of experience so far, but I'll give it a dig....
Kasabian- West Ryder pauper Lunatic Asylum Oasis- (What's The Story) Morning Glory Rolling Stones- Exile On Main Street The Killers- Hot Fuss Miles Kane- The Colour Of The Trap Muse- Origin Of Symmetry The Verve- Urban Hymns Primal Scream- Screamadelica Pulp- Different Class Gorillaz- Demon Days Franz Ferdinand- Franz Ferdinand Kaiser Chiefs- Yours Truly, Angry Mob
That's not in order... And I only have 12 because most bands before my lifetime, I just have "Best Ofs" But yeah, they're some of my favourite albums, following the rules

Good thread, I'd go with:
The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses Eminem - The Slim Shady LP Blur - Think Tank Oasis - Be Here Now Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Noel Gallager's High Flying Birds The Rifles - No Love Lost The Killers - Hot Fuss Kanye West - Graduation The Verve - Urban Hymns Massive Attack - Blue Lines Calvin Harris - Ready For The Weekend Kasabian - West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum Thriller - Micheal Jackson Viva Hate - Morrissey (can't think of a 15th)
Quite tricky only being allowed to use 1 album per artist, I've had to leave off some of my fav albums...
Good question like

The top 15 ever would contain at least 5 Beatles and 2 Oasis albums IMO. Still, let's see: The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses Oasis - Morning Glory The Kinks - Something Else By The Kinks REM - Automatic for the People U2 - The Joshua Tree The La's - The La's Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Blur - Modern life Is Rubbish Led Zeppelin IV Cast - All Change Stones - Let it Bleed The Who - Tommy Only 13, but most others don't deserve their place on this list, or are by an artist already on it.

Interesting, I've tried to come up with a list before but never with the one album per artist rule. Anyway, pretty happy with my list in order: Oasis - Definitely Maybe Paul Weller - Wild Wood Ocean Colour Scene - Moseley Shoals Stereophonics - You Gotta Go There To Come Back The Verve - Urban Hymns Arctic Monkeys - WPSIATWIN The Real People - 1998 Demos (not officially an album but it is to me) Embrace - The Good Will Out Lightning Seeds - Dizzy Heights Ed Ball - Catholic Guilt The Kinks - The Kinks Are The Village Green... Proud Mary - Ocean Park The La's - The La's Hurricane #1 - Hurricane #1 Heavy Stereo - Deja Voodoo

Oasis - Definitely Maybe Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction The Beatles - Revolver Nirvana - In Utero Sex Pistols - Never Mind The Bollocks... Blur - blur Motley Crue - Too Fast For Love The Verve - Urban Hymns Arctic Monkeys - Whatever People Say I Am That's What I'm Not Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers Papa Roach - The Paramour Sessions The Streets - A Grand Don't Come For Free The Strokes - Is This It Eminem - The Eminem Show The Killers - Sam's Town
These aren't in order but the 3 at the top are my fave albums ever regardless of any restrictions, but again my favourite amongst them varies depending on mood etc.
Wasn't sure if the following were eligible and might have squeezed at least some of them in if so:
Beady Eye - Different Gear, Still Speeding Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds George Harrison - All Things Must Pass Paul McCartney & Wings - Band on the Run John Lennon - John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band Foo Fighters - The Colour and the Shape
And yes, I'm aware my taste in music is a bit strange at times
