A mate of mine has told me that Oasis are re-releasing Hey Now as a single!!!! It seems very unlikely to release a song 10 years after it was originally released but it would be so cool if Hey Now got the recognition it deserves, great tune. Infact, balls to I Wanna Be Adored, I'm stickin it on!

Hey Now is def. not the shittiest song on there. Its actually one of my favorites...Those really high strings at the end get me every time. I think that "She's Electric," "Swamp Song" and "Roll With It" (while all good songs) are def. shittier.
Also, I can't imagine a situation in which they would release an old song as a single like that.

Acquiesce was released as a single in Mexico I'm pretty sure.
Hey Now is a top song. I love it. She's Electric is the worst song on MG as far as I'm concerned.

I agree, Hey Now is a great song, nice bit of Neil Young style from Gallagher Sr., it was a bit new for them back then. I also like roll with it its a good song, weakest song on the album is probably hey now!, Aquiecse should be on the album and hey now should be the b-side would have made a lot more sense, Acquiecse is number one matirial if anything should be re-realeased then aquiecse is the one.
