NG.com. I ordered the CD and vinyl and got the Apple lossless download on monday. 303 MB zip file.

The Apple loss less version is made from the same files as put on the CD, I know the mastering engineer, he only masters it once, those resulting files then produce all the formats.
And as for 'does the cd sound better than the leak' that's a stupid question, uncompressed PCM on a CD will ALWAYS sound better than a rip made and compressed from it.
