There's a charity UK music website (Fairshare) has the album up in non-DRM 320bps mp3s and available for download from US. I paid with a US paypal account. Came out to around $8.20 USD.

Only caveat seems to be they only let you download each file 3 times and I've had a couple transfer timeouts which ding your number of available downloads if it fails. So, server connection seems like it may be an issue. Tip - I'd recommend downloading each file separately.

But, if you want to make yourself legal today outside of the UK and not mess around with Firefox proxies, this seems to be a working option.

i've been thinking of buying the album in digital form but i don't think it's worth it.
I want a physical copy. I just don't know if i should buy an import NOW, or wait til it comes out in the U.S.

I also plan on buying some extra copies to give them out as gifts(christmas).
