Are they gonna mime on tour too?  Just to be sure, I know they're not REALLY gonna mime...I'm just tired of the bullshit on TV where they mime everytime...that If I Had a Gun "German Debut" is crap! |

Yes it will. And I wonder why Terry Kirkbride is out of the equation again too...
But Mike Rowe has always moved a lot. Go watch old concerts, he digs the keys!
Also, them not playing for real might explain the way they act and move (or not act and not move). Must be pretty boring to pretend playing especially something someone else recorded...

Noel has got to tell his "bandmates" to chill out a bit... You can't be jumping up and down and smiling away if the frontman of the band is just chilling there, taking in the experience. It distracts peoples attention to who they really wanna see. Plus, Noel is older... It just won't look right.
As for the miming from Noel, I'd assume he's wanting to save his voice for the tour coming up. I know he's done acoustic sessions and actually performed TDOYAM with live vocals, but those are more to test his wits in front of a crowd I would think.

If you are stupid enough to think that they are gonna mime on tour then I question how you managed to get to the stage where you were able to get onto the Internet.

Right...if you're stupid enough to think he was totally or even halfheartedly sincere when he said if they're gonna mime on tour also, then I fuckin question how you managed to ever become what you have become on this thing called the internet which is an intellectual giant of course. Fuckin' hell! I take the time to specify...twice...that it's only a bit of frustration of having yet heard the new band live and that I don't REALLY think they're going to mime on tour and I still get panned because some think I was being serious!
gdforever, I wouldn't say it's a "top thread" but merely a thread to lay off some steam and looking forward to seeing them actually perform. I thought some fans would be in the same boat and we'd discuss...
