Buzzing to find the album in the post this morning as well as the AKA...WAL single that I'd forgotten all about! Have only listened to the radio rip so its sounding even better now.
Anyone else get theirs? Loving the early delivery, same happened with TDOYAM. Glad its a hardbook case and always happy to see the lyrics in there.

mine has a hardback case and the inside casing is like the dont believe the truth packaging
i like this, shows a bit more care rather than some flimsy thing most acts do these days

I've had no email yet so I'm guessing I need to wait until Monday...but we'll see. Post hasn't come yet and I am working overtime today...please mister postman...
TDOYAM didn't come until the Monday though so I'm not holding my breath...and the missus is going out. If she was out when it came I think I'd cry, just a little.

My TDOYAM didn't arrive until thursday after release date so I'm not expecting my WAL single to be here already  Hopefully it's here faster than last time though! Didn't pre-order the album but I'm going to go to the reccord store to buy it today  |

Mine Deluxe Edition came two days ago It's really fine packed. It has a hardback outside case and the inside casing is like dbtt/doys. really good. Nothing special in the booklet except the lyrics and some pho´tos |

same here, got my haul through the post this morn. Vinyl album, vinyl single, cd dvd album, cd single.
Fu.ck me the album sounds amazing on proper headphones, turned up loud!
So many layers to the tracks, the choir and strings really come to life on Record Machine and EOTR.
Aural-gasm!

Wow, mine came this morning and I haven't even had a ship confirmation. In fact on my online receipt it still says pending. Not that I'm complaining mind. Will the mp3 version be available midnight tonight or midnight sunday?

Yep mine came too - listening for the 1st time now. Only heard TDOYAM so far... least i can listen to the radio again now without having to worry about hearing any of it!

Well I got a txt off the missus telling me I have a delivery from Noel Gallagher...but she said it's small and square so it looks like they shipped my single but not album...teasing bastards!

I got my album in HMV yesterday so when I come home from Uni next Friday I should have the CD/DVD of the album, the vinyl of the album, the CD and Vinyl AKA...WAL and the CD and Vinyl IIHAG

I'm made up that my deluxe set came today, but get this......the fuckin posty turns up exactly 1 min before the L/Pool v Utd game! For those of you that won't know that's 12.44pm!!!! 12.44pm!!!! Whatever happened to the post arriving in the morning to be opened whilst eating my cornflakes.
Anyways, blasted it out of the system right after the final whistle and fuck me, it's sounds amazing on cd. So much better than the iTunes rip most of us have been listening to.
The final picture in the booklet sums it up ever so nicely, ''STUNNED THAT SOMETHING SO SIMPLE COULD BE SO GOOD!!''

Noel Gallagher.com AKA What A life Arrived this morning
HMV.com the album arrived this morning...
along with a fancy dress spider costume.
So what did I do? I dressed up as a spider and listen to Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds. Standard saturday morning.
