Wildman rocker LIAM GALLAGHER has plunged into an extreme diet and fitness plan in order to get his "lean look" back.
Gallagher, 32, wants to ditch his dumpy physique and look his best when OASIS go on tour and release their new album later this year (05).
And it was seeing holiday pictures of him in the press, looking less than trim, that jolted Gallagher into action.
He says, "I had a top bod at one point. But the years of being a dad have made it harder to keep the lean look. Can you get me it back?"
he appears to be back to his physical best tho
