I really can't afford the record, I'm thinking about buying a Laura Marling record first so that would leave me, umm, broke as fuck after that. so if some random faceless altruist out there is kind and generous enough to help a nigga out by buying me the actual record company approved physical copy, you will be paid back in the after/nether life, like. cheers yeaH

soundcloud source files on twitter search #nghfb. like i said, even though they are only 128 kb/s, its still the best quality version because its not a re-recording of the stream which would only further compress the songs.

I agree, it's better quality. Easiest reference is Noel's voice, which is less subdued. Other than that the overall sound is more clear, up front.

Hey Music89,
Can I get a copy of those mp3s? I can't figure out how to rip from the soundcloud site. Please, hook a fellow mega fan up?

^Exactly. The copy i got sunday night will do me until i get my cd/dvd from Amazon next week. Got a sneaking suspicion 'some' people wont bother and will keep their download only. ShameThis. (I've got the CD/DVD pre-ordered from NG.com)

Much better quality than the original release.
I listened to this through earlier tonight and it actually makes the album a much more satisfying experience. Those who are saying they didn't like "the overproduction" may want to give this a listen as there seems much more "room to breathe" on this version of the album.
It's only a 128kbps rip from a website, so can't wait to see what the proper CD sounds like. I'm sure it will be absolutely stunning.
