Hi evryone, I've been reading your pists for weeks and thought it a good time to lose my forum virginity. I think Lyla is one of the best songs oasis have ever done. Sister lover and street fighting man comparisons aside, how many songs fill you with that enthusiastic lust for life and lager. Liams voice is unbeleivably striking (you can almost see him giving it some, not giving a fook) and noel backings peircing. I think that when we hear the final cut, we will be pleasantly surprised at the volume of the beauty.

I also like it. The album can be really good. But I don't think it'll be better than Morning Glory album.

It's not overrated, it's in its right place. Hey now is a good song, the rest are really good (even if you dont like Oasis), Wonderwall and DLBIA are in the group of 90's best tunes.

I reckon Champagne Supernova is up there with WW and DLBIA in the best hits from the 90s.

There are too many fucking substandard american bands, better-to-look-at-than-listen-to-singers and rap-with-a-silent-C 'artists' in the charts at the mo and its pissing me right off.... its about time some lads took charge.... AGAIN. OASIS! OASIS! OASIS! OASIS!
