This is from billboard. Maybe it is Abel and not a type-o.
The track list for the upcoming Oasis album, "Don't Believe the Truth," has been confirmed, and includes one song, "Guess God Thinks I'm Abel," that appears to reference the Gallagher brothers' famously feuding personalities in comparison to the biblical figures Cain and Abel

Actually in the latest interview Noel called it "Guess God Thinks I'm ABLE" again, so guess that a typying mistake after all...

It's Abel. Noel didn't spell it, the interviewer spelled it wrong when writing it.
He said it was something to do with God talkin to him and tellin him he was Abel when he was drunk. Check the front page.
