The last time i saw oasis was in bolton in 2000 and that was about 40,000 and this time i'll be seeing them in newcastle where its 11,000. what are the differences from small to big, i would imagine the big ones being the best.

Imo and the bands aswell i think, the smaller venues are better, re: Glasgow Barrowlands 2001 = the best oasis gig ever.

It's a toss-up small gigs are more intament and really have the chance for some good acustic songs, but large gigs the band can often feed off the crowd and kick ass

I'd rather be in a small one, the music is what matters in the concerts (apart from shouting "liam is drunk" ;D)

Everytime I've seen Oasis they've played to 15-17000 ppl. Everytime has been amazing. Just depends on the venue, I've seen them play in a hockey arena and at an outside pavillion.

I've seen Oasis 4 times. There was about 40,000 at finsbury park I'd guess, and about 40-50,000 at Murrayfield for the large gigs I've seen. Then there was the Edinburgh Corn Exchange which was about 2,000 and Braehead arena with about 5,000?
I had a blast at Finsbury Park, it was more of an occasion than just a straight gig. But my favourite 2 are the smaller shows I seen.

I have more of a liking for seeing the band take the roof off in an intimate venue that people projecting plastic bottles full of piss in my direction at finsbury park!

id like to see them in a bar or some place that holds like 100-200, and y'know not just acoustic songs-some good electric rockers

smaller gigs are much better. more intimate, and acoustics i think are usually better.
