True but Noel loves covers, doesn't he? I can't think of many Oasis or solo gigs where he hasn't played covers.

He was asked about covers during one of the things with Matt, i think the radio show, he made it sound like he had ruled out covers.

If he tries to replecate the studio version of TGR then I agree - the thcik layers of guitars and vocals will be impossible.
But saying in general that it won't translate well live is complete bollocks, and yes I play instruments and play in a well established band.

Also, why is it a bad sign that he's playing it live?
The only slightly negative sign I see is that it's propably the most up-tempo track he's got, thus the inclusion in the set.

Think about it.
