In an interview yesterday Liam said they are rehearsing new songs for the upcoming tour to put in to the set to change it up a bit.
What songs do you think they are rehearsing? The only Beady Eye songs they haven't played is In The Bubble and World Outside My Room, I can't see them playing the latter but you never know so that leaves a possible inclusion of a brand new song they have already down for the second album or Oasis songs and maybe a new cover.
What do you think they will add?

As much as I'd love it to be new songs, it's probably Songbird and Across the Universe. I wouldn't say no to A Bell Will Ring but I'm pretty much the only person ever to like that song.

What do you think the chances are of them chucking in a completely new song they have already got laid down for the second album? A lot of bands do it to get hype going way before the second album comes out, it's a great way to get people talking, wouldn't put it past them doing it.

They should definitely do things like that. New songs, covers that vary from night to night, acoustic sets...these are the things that will keep Beady Eye fresh and exciting.

Oh I definitely love that track too. Its very special to me. But I agree, we're in the minority. I'm hoping for WOMR and ITBWTB...but Blue Moon would be great too. Don't know if Across the Universe is a wise choice, even though Liam did nail it recently. We'll see...its very exciting news. |
