nothing huge but I like it. beats having a band just playing in front of a camera. I hate those kind of videos. nah, I much prefer those 'band playing' videos, like Beady Eye's. Wouldn't really suit a song like IIHAG though, it's only for more rock songs that it works.

it may not be the best video of all time but I'm really enjoying the fact that his music videos are a series.

Well that was disappointing.
The ending was fantastic with Noel walking into the gas station/cafe. Otherwise, pretty boring and lackluster.

Noel's face at around 2:40 to the groom is priceless! The ending made my pants rise though. Loved the snippet thrown in there.

Anyone else think that the part at the end is just the album version ending of the song and not AA? or am I being stupid? If it is I would be so happy

Doesn't look like this has been mentioned, but the actress is semi-famous, at least in the states. She was in a great show that was cancelled too soon, FlashForward... www.imdb.com/name/nm0514228/

Ohh it´s a really nice video, not the best. I have found some good links beetwen the TDOYAM and IIAHG. I think there is some concept under the stories and videos:
1. In the first video, the restaurant girl is pushed into the pool to change her mind and life so she can go away with the band. In this video, the lady who is about to get married does the same to run away from her destiny, so water is playing a symbolic roll of "transformation" in both videos.
2. The band, they might represent the joy of the main character´s soul when it is about to make a conscious decision, I mean when both ladies decide to change their lives and do something they really want to do.
3. Noel plays a mediator roll. In TDOYAM he helps or encourages the waitress to change and in this second video he is a priest, again a mediator roll.
Now, look at the min. 2:53 in IIHAG and you´ll see the second waitress (redhead) from TDOYAM amid the people. She turns her head. So I guess the director is trying to tell us the Noel´s music encourages people to change in order to be yourself and not follow somebody else´s ideas or plans.
What do you think???

I'd pay good money to see Noel jump on one of those horses in his first 2 videos, or even jump in the pool.

She's very good looking.

The chick's about as mediocre-looking as you'll find, AFAIC. Doesn't really matter, I suppose.
Videos are a no-win scenario: too short to do anything of real substance so, inevitably, you're stuck doing some daft, convoluted spiel that comes off as, well, daft and convoluted.
there's a few that are memorable, but not many.

the video was ok but not as good as TDOYAM, on a side note anyone else think of the good the bad and the ugly when they saw the guy on the horse.
