I dont know what i was expecting, but considering it's his 1st American Single release as a solo artist I expected to see Noels IIHAG single under the main new releases on Itunes homepage. His Dreams We had as Children even made it up there. I realize its just a single release, but that home page is great exposure. Oh well..

I think he finds the actual single sales in America as a secondary issue. Which it is. Single sales really don't matter in the U.S.. Few people buy them here, and the only people who would be buying the song are Oasis fans. Putting it on the homepage would probably bring a few new listeners, but I don't think that Itunes is essential.

What's more essential is the exposure he would get on YouTube if would just release a video already, or even more so if he had released a video of IIHAG on the day of it's American premiere. And also, I wish I would love to have seen some kind of push for a video, to push up the radioplays. But most importantly, YouTube has become the essential medium to promote oneself now it seems.

yeah but we KNOW there is a video for WAL where there has been nothing to suggest there is for IIHAG

I think it's telling that IIHAG isn't even on his website player. Looks like it's more of a taster a la FLW than a "proper single" and like FLW it could end up being one of the strongest tracks on the album that we will later lament it having been used to less than optimal effect.

At least FLW had a video though.

If it doesn't have a video though...that begs to question...what is the 3rd planned single complete with video?
