Shit song. Coldplay is getting worse with every damn album. I'd argue they got better with their second album, worse with their third, and then better again with their fourth.

They should have released 'Charlie Brown' as their new single. That song is going to be huge hit all around the world. Very good tune in my opinion. Radio stations will eat that shit up. right! or any other of the the songs they've played live during the summer but i' don't like paradise boring and i say that as a fan of coldplay...

That tune Charlie Brown and Hurts Like Heaven are good but this is unspectacular, again like Every Teardrop.
I'm a big fan of this band but the whole Rihanna thing screams 'SELL OUTS'. There are hundreds of better female singers out there, not famous like Rihanna. It's a desperate ploy for attention and I find it hard to believe that this is the same band that had guys like Ian McCulloch (their real influences) in the studio during their second album. Desperate and shameful, Chris Martin is turning into a sycophantic idiot who will jump on the mainstream bandwagon.

Chris Martin reminds me of the main character in that 1980s movie 'Can't Buy Me Love'. Ronnie Miller Express!

This tune a grower on anyone? Thought not - sounds like JLS should sing it. Never have I been so critical of this band, but after hearing Every Teardrop, this and that Rihanna features on the album, well, these guys have got a lot of explaining to do.
It's just bloody awful. Cannot believe this is from the same band who sang Amsterdam and Politik. Hopefully the rest of the album makes up for this mess.

I never expected you to see what we saw with Teardrop. and yeah I miss the old Coldplay that rocked(within their bounderies) when necesary. Hope that Minor Major and Moving to mars have more thing in common with the rest of material in the album.

Two singles from new album do nothing for me but for me it's been the same for every cp album. I don't like the lead singles but end up loving the albums. Eg speed of sound did nothing for me but now x&y is I think a brilliant album. But have my doubts about the new one must say

Quite liked Every Teardrop is a Waterfall but this is shit. Hope the rest of the album's tracks aren't like this.
