Okay, I know I'm far from impartial, I've probably made a slight dick of myself recently, but oh well. It's time for us all to enter big school to quote Alan Partridge, this, at the end of the day - as great as it is, it's an internet forum. We're all here by our own choice, and 90% of us are all here for the same thing. It's time for everyone to make up, get along and make this a happy place where we can all waste our free time. I'm letting bygones be bygones and apologizing for anything done on my behalf.

i can only assume you're still lost in the woods due to your hiatuses, Beady’s Here Now.....and i've kinda given you advice, but it really is pointless. like most others, i never took the advice i was given seriously and/or cared....only after all my excesses started affecting my physical health did i begin to care.

i'm fairly certain i've done some irreversible damage to myself. for instance i occasionally get pains in my abdomen and have back pain, which i can only assume is not good. i try to rationalize it as myself being way out of shape and not eating well but i've also been going through a very reflective period for about the last two years and look back at the past and in most instances i was very drunk and/or really high, so my physical concerns all make sense.

i have been taking looking after myself a lot better in the last year, like taking herbal supplements like milk thistle and such and i do feel a lot better but i definitely feel older and not as spry anymore. and granted i am getting older but i never really experienced pain in anyway and used to kinda jump out of bed in the mornings and bounce off the walls all day as of a couple years ago.

i know you said you don't like AA/NA and i'm not a big fan either but i would suggest talking to someone/people who have similar issues.....those that don't have addiction problems/personalities cannot relate at all....i'm sure some people are reading this and wondering what the hell i'm talking about or think i'm off my rocker.

i also know you like to write - writing about how you feel and/or expressing yourself also really helps, and if possible share it with someone. for instance writing this is very therapeutic for me.
