Maybe he just forgot delete that one? they removed other rome videos, and Acquiesce video wasn't labelled Rome gig. There is no reasons that keep that on youtube, and they have posted other many videos. I hope the time will solved that. Yeah right, he forgot as well as he didn't know it was mine I guess you're not right because he's got 2 comments from me explicetely telling to delete it, and he'll keep getting one a day till he will remeber.. Again.. how'd you call him? Just curious.. Why Me Why Not, you’re on about? If so, I disagree. I prefer it to all other post Oasis-related albums. I don’t care for NTIFY and usually skip Meadow, but the rest of it is ace to me. I still listen to it a lot a year on and can’t say that for anything else solo Gallagher wise. He's a troll Or someone who has a diff opinion to the 7 Liam fans on here?! |

Well, I know there are dynamics that develop long-term over forums, and I won't comment on any of that, since I'm newish. But I will say that Andy Morris has been, in this conversation, respectful, funny, responsive and self-aware, all pretty nice things in the wilds of fan forums. Seen many uglier threads, that's for sure. This one has mostly been in good cheer, with a few exceptions. That said, I wonder if a solution for future is to put such posts in their own folder. A “controversies” folder or something. That way people who are highly annoyed can skip them. This particular topic is not just here, I'm afraid. It’s rampant on social media, so it's not like someone is just mining a grudge ... but maybe they're miming a grudge!  You may be new, but you"re already a great add to this forum. Welcome, i look forward to discussing with you in the future. And disagree  Ooh FRIEND!!! FORUM FRIEND!!!! |

One of the things i have really hated about Liam's solo career is how they've edited his voice in post production, and i'm amazed to see people call the studio take one of his best vocals. The live version is a million times better. I remember hearing the Beady Eye snippets for the DGSS for the first time and so many comments were talking about how some of his live habits and quirks like the squeaky-ish voice were creeping into the record, and now its like we just accept it. I think he actually sounds a bit flat and doesn't flow right at all in the verses of AYDO. I also think the producers are editing the rasp out of his voice and trying to turn him into something he isnt. They probably didn't know much of Liam's voice before and it shows. I don't think Liam himself is doing enough takes to make the vocal 100% right, as shown on the As It Was doc when he just says "that'll do anyway" after recording once. Once itself sounds rushed production wise too. In Oasis the Noel written - Liam sung songs were almost always spot on from Liam vocally. Maybe he needs someone with some balls to tell him certain bits need redoing. Spam |
