Noel is doing HFB for the fans, whereas he's doing the AA album for himself. That's how I see it, anyway. So far, all I can see is that he´s doing 1st album bcoz he´s got nothing better to do with himself.

My biggest concern is, that he's going to "waste" potential brilliant songs. That he's going to write some amazing tunes, but "waste" it by some flower-power high-trippin' remix-production. The AA remix of falling down is cool, but I really don't want an all album like that. I just hope it's listenable. Experimental isn't a problem to me, but it still has to remain "Noel Gallagher". The AA remix of falling down isn't Noel Gallagher anymore... Totally agree and they should lay of from using too much sitar, seems so forced tripyness

It seems like a lot of people don't want to follow Noel down the rabbit hole. I'm ready to jump right into the unknown. Critics be damned!

After having spent years writings songs for "Liam's voice" (whose capabilities dwindled with each passing tour) I think the man is allowed to do what ever the fuck he wants and having got tasters of what it's like when Noel goes a bit weird I want MOAR!

The people that bash Radiohead on this forum will be confused when this album comes out I see it similarly. That is why I'm a little worried for the second album. AKA WAL was already too outside my style of music for me to truly get into it. Radiohead?

If it turns out that the AA album comes out something like Noel's trippy version of Damon Albarn's (formerly of Blur as most of you know) Gorillaz, would you guys be happy? That's kind of what I'm envisioning. Little to no guitar, produced beats, weird/experimental effects, Noel singing... I think it's going to be interesting at the very worst, and monumentally awesome at best.
