Been noticing alot of 18 and younger fans on this site. How do you get into Oasis nowadays? Shouldn't you be listenin to Britney or Story of the year or somethin like that? LOL! Just curious cos I was 15 when I discovered them way back when, but that was when the music scene was legit, at least here in the states. I know younger fans but thats cos I introduced them to the best band in the world!

Why does every emo and pseudo-punk type band like this from the last ten or so years always sound as if they have the exact same annoying singer?

I just listened to them when I was really young, so I have been listening for 9/10 years, yet I remain under 18 (I'm 17)

The Britney thing was ment as a laugh. I love the fact there are younger fans - Lived in Wisconsin for 2 years and met alot minors through bowling leagues (yeah I bowl) and I crammed Oasis down their throats and they are all lovin it. ;D So THERE!!! LOL

i don't think us younger oasis fans are the luckiest.... i think fans now in there 20's have had the best luck. this means they have more than likely seen oasis in 95/96 in their prime. and probably had a good grasp pf the whole situation and scene, if that makes sense i'm not complaining though...i wouldn't change anything about my love for oasis <3 i'm 17 by the way.

I'm older than the threshold, but I started listening to them when I was about 11, all on my own, didn't need any introduction. All I thought was it was better than Nirvana, they made me want to kill myself.

I was at Best Buy and they had DM on those preview the album headphone deals, I took a listen and haven't taken the headphones off since. Never could get many of my friends into them though, UNTIL WTSMG came out - then they were all fans LOL
