Probably around the second album, it may even happen sooner in the UK!

I would say possibly around the second album. Possibly. I don't think Noel wants to move too fast. He knows that it takes time build enough of an audience who are willing to routinely see you in a stadium.
I mean, even McCartney and Wings had to wait a few albums before they sold out stadiums/arenas. They had freakin' Paul McCartney. Also, I think he might be using Wings as a model for he wants to do. Play theaters first, get a few tours under your belt. Get a couple of albums under your belt. Wait a couple of years, and then move on to the next stage.
Don't rush it. Because if you find that you can't fill arenas night in and night out on a consistent basis, when you go back to theaters, you'll look like a failure.

Arenas easy...
He might sell out a league 1-2 size stadium, but not the likes of Wembley

Tell you what I'd love (But would never happen) if he did a co-headline weekend slot at Wembley with Kasabian... With the same sort of system as The Strokes/Pulp at Reading/Leeds... One top one night, one top the other... I think if he does a massive gig next year though, it would be a night at Hyde Park

I don't think he will. But not because I think he can't.
I have a feeling he is going to be more conservative about overextending because of the hype.
He might be able to do it this first kick at the cat. But if he is looking longer term...I don't think he can maintain it

They don't have the facilities to house such events. He's definitely above the level he's playing now though, you only have to see how quickly tickets sold out and how many people were left disappointed (myself included).
