Hey, can someone direct me to a website that lists album sales worldwide for each oasis album. Or any stats and information that prove oasis is the best band in the world. Thanks.

The only proof you need reverberates between your ears every time you push play. Oasis is the best band in the world because you say so.
As far as sales, these should be considered very approximate...
DM 4-6 million wtsmg 10-12 million bhn 7 million sotsog 3 million hc 4 million

yeah you're right. wtsmg sold 18 million world wide (second best selling album in british history (4.3 m) trailing only sgt pepper at 4.5.
i should be ashamed for guessing so low.

list posted by RIAA and compiled by IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) in mid 2004 has wtsmg at 18 million tied with nirvana, supertramp, celine dion, shania twain and the fugees among others. michael jackson tops the list at 57 million. the chief has been known to embelish from time to time

but it does make sense , cus i no that within 16 months it sold 12 million in the uk , and its 18 in the uk now , would the world sales not have brought it up? , cus kelty said to him a figure like 15million and noel said it was well more

Yeah you're right mate. If it had sold 18 million i the UK that would mean that 1 in evry 3 people had it, including the elderly, children below the age of ten, and those who just wouldn't dig the music. 4.5 million is about right, although all their albums sold quite a lot after to DM DVD came out.

man u always put your thing up, but then didos album ; album would have outsold it in the uk mate dido's first album sold 2.9million and her second has sold 2.68million!!! i don't know where u get the 4million from. and yes snow patrol have sold 1million but is more than unlikely to exceed 1.8million!.

Here's what I have as a record of Album Sales to 2004. As for its' accuracy, I can't say 100%. The source of this came from someone on here a while back.
Cheers, Tony:-
Definitely Maybe (5 million)
Morning Glory (18 million)
Be Here Now (7 million)
SOTSOG (2.7 million)
HC (3 million)
Masterplan + Familiar to Millions (1.3 million)
Total Sales (37 million)

well I think that HC sold about 4 million records, SotSoG - somewhere about 2,5-3, and the Masterplan and Familliar to Millions 2 millions altogether. Maybe little more.
Definitely Maybe (5 million) Morning Glory (18 million) Be Here Now (7 million) SOTSOG (2.5 million) HC (4 million) Masterplan + Familiar to Millions (2 million)
About 39-40 million records...
