I don't have my guitar handy to work it out, but if its like a lot of other Noel songs, it'll probably have any combination of the following chords in it.

Capo at 2nd or 4th fret - G, Em7, Am7, Cadd9, Dsus4, Asus4, D, possibly a B7 but doubtful for IIHAG because I don't hear it anywhere, but that B7 chord was featured prominently in TDOYAM.

I would say start with some combinations of those chords and you may be able to find something. I've only been playing 2 years, but I've studied a lot of Noel's music and he loves those chords. The hardest thing for me was trying to figure out DLBIA live version because its nothing like it is in the official What's The Story songbook.
